WE BELIEVE

We Believe

• There is one God, existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (1 John 5:7) The Almighty Father, who is, was, and always will be. Creator of all things. (Ephesians 4:6) The Son, Jesus Christ, Son of God, born of the virgin Mary. He is fully God, fully man, eternal savior, and the Word made flesh. (John 1:1-5) The Holy Spirit, the Comforter and guide for believers to live out God’s will on earth. (John 14:26)

• Jesus the resurrected Lord is our Savior, and all who believe and call on His name will be saved. (Acts 2:21)

• The Bible is truth in its entirety, breathed by God, written by man through the Holy Spirit, and the infallible authority on all matters. (2 Timothy 3:16)

• Humanity was created, male and female, to glorify God with their life and fellowship in unity to bring Him honor in all things. (Genesis 1:27)

• The union of marriage is sacred, designed by God to join man and woman as the example of unity and His love. (Ephesians 5:22-33)

• The church is the body of Christ, the example of God’s love and light to the world. (Matthew 5:14)

• A family is a group of people put together by God for the perfecting of their gifts as they grow in love and unity. (Ephesians 3:14-17)

• Biblical excellence, described throughout God’s Word, is a set of standards that we strive to live by. (James 1:4)
